Any Ukrainian Catholic who distinguished himself in the service of the Ukrainian Catholic Church and its people, may become an honourary member if he is sponsored for that position by one of the Eparchial Administrations whose decision is then to be confirmed by the National Administration of the UCBC. An honourary life member shall have all the rights and privileges of an active member without payment of membership dues.
